Over 35+ Years of Experience

H&RCGO was founded by Richard A. Burroughs, Sr. in 2007 as a Minority real estate consultant Right-Of-Way company. Richard Burroughs also worked for ODOT's N.E. Region Real Estate Division for 22 years.

Richard Burroughs was a Real Estate Specialist in Land Acquisition, Relocation, VA Appraisals, Closings and Title Reports ( Complex Railroad Titles). Richard brings his 35+ years of knowledge, expertise, and experience to every project & client relationship.
